Does anyone use hootsuite?

Just read an older ebook: rsspigeon. Method of syndication blog/social networks with ping.fm (dead)
Hootsuite is not free, but I think about paying for a monthly subscription.
It's $9/month.
and you can manage up to 50 profiles, planing of posts...

What are your experiences?
